What are the licensure requirements for Collectors in Alberta?

Internationally educated Collectors must 


• Follow the requirements of Section 12 of the Collection and Debt Repayment Practices Regulation regarding prohibited practices and knowledge of the legislation 

• Provide a criminal record check from your original jurisdiction if applying from out of Canada 

• Be prepared for a Credit Bureau check to be done
